How it works!

Most agents charge a total of 6% of the sales price for a full-service listing to sell a client's home.  3% goes to the listing agent for listing and marketing your home, and 3% goes to the buyer's agent for producing and representing the buyer that purchases your home.  You as a seller pay both agents in the transaction.

With my flat fee listing program, you will pay only $15K to list your home, not 3%.  This is a massive savings!

You will only pay 2.5% to the buyers  agent for producing a willing and able buyer for your home thereby saving you another .5% on the buyer's agent side!
